How does payment work?

$1,000, paid once, up front. That locks in your go date and covers the whole setup. No surprises at handover, no ongoing fees to me, and the guarantee below is what protects you: if it is not doing what I promised, I make it right.

What does it cost to run after the setup?

The setup runs on Claude, which needs a paid Claude plan. That is Anthropic's subscription, currently from about US$20 a month, and it is in your name, not mine. There is nothing ongoing to me: no retainer, no lock-in. If you want hands-on help later, there is an optional monthly care plan, offered only once your setup is delivered and working.

Is it only Claude?

Yes, at the moment. It is built on Claude Cowork, deliberately: one tool, set up properly and loaded with your business, beats four half-configured ones. If that ever changes, founders already set up will hear it from me first.

What do you need from me?

Not much, and none of it is homework. One conversation, 30 minutes tops, where we set your go date. After that, whatever your business already has lying around: your website, a price list, a services doc, old proposals, posts you have written. Nothing needs to be created for me, and messy is fine. If your business mostly lives in your head, the conversation covers it and I build from that. Your last job is the walk-through at the end, where I show you how to talk to it.

What do I actually own?

All of it. The Claude account is yours. The files that hold your business knowledge live in your own folder on your own computer. If I disappeared tomorrow, your setup would keep working exactly as it does today.

What happens to the documents I send you?

They are used for one thing: building your setup. They go into your setup, not into a database of mine. Nothing is shared, and nothing is reused for anyone else's build. Once your setup is handed over and confirmed working, I delete my working copies.

What if it is not doing what you promised?

The walk-through at handover is where we check it together, against what I said it would do. If something is not right, I fix it at no cost. That is the guarantee, and it is why the walk-through exists.

Who is this not for?

Teams: this is built for one founder. People who want to build it themselves: you will do fine with the free guides out there. And businesses wanting complex multi-system automations: that is agency work at agency prices, and if that is what you need, I will say so in our chat.
